A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING AN APPLI-
CATION FOR A ZONE VARIANCE CASE NO.
ZV-85)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare
as follows:
a) That an application for a zone variance to
permit additions to an existing non-conforming residen-
tial use in a commercial zone, relating to real property
located at 13930 Merced Avenue/ in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described ass
Parcel 75 on Licensed Surveyor's Map,
as recorded in Book 14 at Page 30 of
Record of Surveys in the office of
the Recorder of said County? and
b) That the Planning Commission of said City
conducted a duly noticed public hearing upon said zone
variance application, and by its resolution number PC-63-
111, recommended to the City Council that the said var-
iance be granted? and
c) That the City council has conducted a duly
noticed public hearing upon said application, and has
determined that the facts required, pursuant to the ap-
plicable sections of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, for
the granting of a zone variance are present, and that the
variance therefor, should be granted.
SECTION 2. That said zone variance, as above
described, be, and the same hereby is approved.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof
to the applicant and to the Secretary of the Planning Can-
mission.
