RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OP BALDWIN PARK FINDING CONSTRUC-
TION OP SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES
AND APPURTENANT WORK AND PROCEEDINGS
THEREFOR NECESSARY AS A HEALTH MEASURE.
Assessment District No. 62-A-l)
WHEREAS, this City Council has adopted its
Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. 63-132_____
on September 27th_______, 1963, for said work and
improvements pursuant to proceedings to be taken under
the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 Division 12 of the
Streets and Highways Code), and
WHEREAS, the written reports and recommendations
of the Health Officer of the County of Los Angeles deter-
mining that the construction of said work shown on said
plans and in said specifications and proceedings for such
construction under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 are
necessary as a health measure, and recommending said work and
proceedings as a health measure, have been presented to
this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the determinations and recom-
mendations of said Health Officer of the County of Los Angeles
be spread upon the minutes of this City Council.

Z P > ß8Section 2. That the construction of said work
shown in said report Is necessary as a health measure; that
proceedings for the construction of said work are necessary
as a health measure; that proceedings under the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 tor the construction of said work
are necessary as a health measure, and that such necessity
is hereby found to exist.
Section 3. That in view of the foregoing, no
further steps or proceedings under the Special Assessment,
Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931
are required and none shall be taken.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 27th day
of September 1963-
