A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 65-125 RELATING TO
TRACT NO. 28516
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows;
Section 1. That subparagraph c 1) of Section 2 of Resolu-
tion No, 65-125 is hereby amended to read as follows;
I. a5 Sanitary Sewers< A sanitary sewer system,
including house laterals, shall be designed, con-
structed and installed so as to service each lot
in the proposed subdivision. Said sewer system
shall be connected with the existing sanitary sewer
system now located in Ramona Boulevard, Said sewer
plans shall be submitted to the City Engineer for
approval, in conformance with City standards therefor,
prior to the submission of the final tract map,
b) This subdivision is proposed for Inclusion in
Sewer Assessment District No, 62-A-l. The subdivider,
at his option, in lieu of compliance with subparagraph
a) above construct and instalI sanitary sewer system
within the tract as proposed and there after connect said
system with the facilities to be constructed as a part
of said Sewer Assessment District No. 62-A-l.
Section 2. That the above change in provision of Resolution
No. 65-125 is made hereby, at the request of the subdivider,
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and forward copies hereof to the Secretary of the
Planning Commission and subdivider.
PASSED and APPROVED this 16 day of October, 1965.
