A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP f£85l6
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as to I lows;
Section I. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows;
a. Tentative Tract Map, Tract 08516 has heretofore
been approved by City of Baldwin Park Resolution
No. 65-125; upon certain terms and conditions as
therein contained; and
b, That the sub-divider has agreed to all of said
terms and conditions; and the City Engineer has
certified that all plans and specifications as
required by said Resolution have been approved by
him.
Section 2. That the City Engineer has determined that a
performance bond of $25»000.00 is required to insure construction
of all necessary improvements as set forth in Resolution No. 65-125.
Section 5. That all areas offered for dedications on said
tract map are hereby accepted; that the said final tract map
as submitted s hereby approved.
Section U» The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a sub-division agreement on behalf of the
City with the sub-divider relating to said tract.
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and forward copies hereof to the Secretary
of the Planning Commission, sub-divider and Real Estate Commission.
