A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A DOG BREEDING KENNEL IN THE M-l ZONE.
CASE NO. CP-16)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
a) That the owners of certain hereinafter
described real property have filed an application
for a conditional use permit in order to construct
and operate a dog breeding^kennei/ in the M-l Zone
within the City; and
b) That said real property is located at
131& North Virginia Avenue/ City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles/ State of California/ more
particularly described as Parcel 12 as shown on
License Surveyor's Map/ filed in Book 23 at Page
24 of records of survey on file in the office of
the recorder of said County? and
c) That the Planning Commission and City
Council have heretofore held duly noticed public
hearings upon said application; and
d) That the Planning Commission has, by its
Resolution No. PC-63-132/ recommended the approval
of said conditional use permit/ upon certain terms
and conditions as therein contained,
SECTION 2. That the conditional use permit, above
described/ be/ and the same hereby is/ approved upon the
following terms and conditions s
a) That the applicant shall provide an as-
phalt or concrete driveway and parking area for
patrons of the proposed use, in accordance with
the provisions of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code?
and
b) That the applicant shall construct and
install suitable facilities in order to dispose of
water used in the cleaning of the kennels/ runs
and other facilities; and
c) That the kennels and runs be provided
with concrete floors? and
a) That the development conform/ in all res-
pects/ to the plot plan submitted and approved by

Z P ? &8the Planning Commission and City Council; and
e) That prior to the issuance of any build-
ing permit, the applicant shall sign and file an
affidavit that he has read all of the conditions
of approval as contained herein, and has agreed to
the same,
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this resolution, and forward copies hereof to
the Secretary of the Planning commission and to the appli-
cant,
