A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR A RESTAURANT SERVING ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN THE C-l ZONE. CASE NO. CP-17)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find/ determine and declare as
follows;
a) That the owners of certain hereinafter
described real property, have heretofore filed an
application for a conditional use permit in order
to construct and operate a pizza parlor serving
beer in the c-1 Zone within the City; and
b) That the said real property to which the
conditional use permit application relates is loc-
ated approximately 200 feet southeast of the north-
east corner of Puente Avenue and Francisquito
Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, Stde of California, and
c) That the Planning Commission, by its
Resolution No. PC-63-140 has heretofore recommended
the approval of said conditional use permit, upon
certain terms and conditions as therein contained.
SECTION 2. That the conditional use permit, as
hereiaabove described, be, and the same hereby is, ap-
proved, subject to the following terms and conditionss
a) That the development be constructed in
accordance with the plot plan, dated November 14,
1962, as approved by the Planning Commission and
City Council? and
That the said development conform, in ail
respects, to the provisions of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code; and
c) That the applicant, in the operation of
the facility, shall take such steps as are necessary
to maintain a rigid control so as to prevent undue
noise emanating from the facility during the evening
hours; and
d) That the applicant shall, prior to the
issuance of any building permit for the proposed
development, sign an affidavit to the effect that
he has read the terms and provisions of this
resolution and is familiar therewith and has agreed
to comply with all such conditions.

the adoption of this resolution and forward copies
hereof to the Secretary of the Planning Commission and
to the applicant*
