A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION I. That according to Section 37202 of the Government Code the
Finance Director, or his designated representative, hereby certify to the accuracy
of the following demands, and to the availability of funds for payments thereof.

SECTION 2. That Payroll Warrant Numbers through
Inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period from
through have been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved, in the amount of $

SECTION 5. That General Warrant Numbers 3668 through 36?7
inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against the City of Balcfcwin Park, have
been presented to the City Council as required by law, and that the same are hereby
ratified and approved In the amount of $5,028,81
