RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CER-
TAIN CHANOES IN THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER PREPARED AND FILED PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION O? INTENTION, RESOLUTION NO. 63-132,
IN PROCEEDINGS TAKEN UNDER THE MUNICIPAL
IMPROVSIEMT ACT OF 1913^ DIVISION 12 OF
THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
Assessment District No. 62-A-l)
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to make certain
changes In the report of the City Engineer prepared and
filed with the City Clerk pursuant to Resolution of Intention,
Resolution No. 63-132, In proceedings taken under the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and
Highways Code, following the hearing held thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. That said hearing has been duly and
legally called and held and notice thereof duly given in
accordance with law*
Section 2. That said changed are as follows:
a) That with respect to the following assessment
parcels one house lateral be deleted from the line
servicing said property and each assessment be reduced
by the amount of^^L'koi Ux> 2356, 2357, 2358, 2359,
2368, 2369, 2370, l, 2372, 2373 and 3245.
