A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
APPROVING A FINAL TRACT MAP
FOR TRACT 28929
The City Council of the Ci-f-y of Baldwin Park does resolve
as to I lows;
Section I. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and dec I are as to I lows:
a. Tentative Tract Map, Tract No. 28929 has heretofore
been approved by City Counc11 of BaIdwin Park Re so Iu-
t ion No. 65-157; upon certain terms and condi t ions as
t here in conta ined; and
b. That subdivider has agreed to all of said terms and
conditions; and the City Engineer has certified that
all plans and specifications as required by said Res-
olution have been approved by him,
Section 2. That all areas and improvements, heretofore
constructed, offered for dedication on said tract map are hereby accepted;
thai the said final tract map as submitted is hereby approved.
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and forward copies hereof to the Secretary of the
Planning Commission, subdivider and Real Estate Commission,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20 day of November 1965.
