A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR
A HEARING TO DETEWI NE V/HCTHER CERTAIN BUILD-
INGS AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a» That pursuant to Section 5200 et. seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Chief Administrative Officer
has heretofore conducted an investigation and has recommended
that the City Council conduct a public hearing to determine
whether certain premises, and buildings and structures
located thereon, constitute public nuisances, within the
meaning of Section 5200 et, seq. of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code;.
b) That the premises to which said report relates are
described as follows:
1. The property located at 15155 Fairgrove Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, Portion of Lot 42, Tract 718, as shown in
Assessor's Book 8551, page 17-25. N-7)
2. The property located at 4256 Center Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, the North 64 feet of the South 428 feet of
Lot 2 and W 1/4, of W 1/4, Sec. 18, TIS, Range tOW.

5. The property located at 15629 Los Angeles Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, Lot 56, in Tract 4624, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 68,
pg. 55 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said county. N-9)
4. The property located at 4641 Merced Avenue,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, Lot 98, except the North 60 ft. of the East
218 ft. of said lot, in Tract 4624, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in
book 68, pg. 55 of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county. N-10)
5. The property located at 4642 North Maine Averse,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, the North 99 feet of South 564 feet of the
East 625 feet of the Southwest 114 feet of Northwest
1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, TIS Range IOW. N-ll)
6. The property located at 1527 Virginia Avenue,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, Lot 6, Licensed Surveyor's Map Book 25,
page 24. N-12)
c) That the said City Cpunci I has accepted the
recommendation of the Chief Administrative Officer, and
does hereby declare its intent to conduct a public hearing
to determine whether the said premises, above described,
constitute public nuisances, within the meaning of Section
5200 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That February 2____, 1966, at the hour of
8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chamber
in the City Hall at 14405 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, is hereby
designated as the time and place for the public hearings to determine
whether the premises herein described constitute public nuisances within
the meaning of said Section 5200 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code,

SECTION 3. That the Chief Administrative Officer s hereby
instructed to give notice of the public hearing to be conducted with
regard to the premises, hereinabove described, as set forth in Section
5200 et. seq. of said Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the Chief
Administrative Officer.
