A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDV/IN PARK APPOINTING A DIRECTOR OF
CIVIL DEFENSE AND SETTING THE AMOUNT OF
COMPENSATION FOR SAID POSITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF BALDWIN PAW DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOA/S:
SECTION I. That Harry Eugene Hastings is hereby appointed
Director of Civil Defense for the City of Baldwin Park, said appoint-
ment to be effective on and after January I, 1966. The compensation
to be paid said appointee shall be $162.00 per month.
SECTION 2. That all resolutions or previous action
inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this resolution are
repealed and rescinded.
