A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALWIN PARK APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK
OR A/p 66-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baldx^in
Park that Walsh-Forkert-Hutchison Civil Engineers, Inc. be, and is
hereby, appointed Engineer of Work for the doing of all the necessary
engineering work and exercising all of the functions provided for the
office of Engineer of Hork and Superintendent of Streets under the
Improvement Act of 1911" in connection with the improvement work in
the construction of improvements in A/D 66-1 Jerry Avenue).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the services of said Engineer
shall be performed under and pursuant to that certain contract of
even date herewith; and the Mayor is authorized to sign the same.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this Resolution and it shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1966,
