A RESOLUTION OF THE CtTY COUNCIL OF
THE CtTY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND
DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED
CASE NO. N-5, 4642 BRESEE AVENUE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION t. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
ta) That pursuant to Section 5200 et seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been initiated
to determine whether certain premises, and buildings and
structures thereon, constitute a public nuisance; and
bl That the property, which is the subject of such
proceedings is located at 4642 Bresee Avenue in said
City, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described as
The property located at 4642 Bresee Avenue, City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
South 66 feet of the West 510 feet of Lot 155, Tract 4624
as per map recorded in Book 68, Page 55 of Maps on file
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, and
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been
conducted, pursuant to Section 5205 et. seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether the
buildings and structures on said property, in their
present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a resutt of the evidence presented at
said hearing, it was determined that the same does consti-
tute a public nuisance/ and that the public interest re-
quires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2- That if the owners of said property, or others
having an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by removing the
buildings, structures and debris from said property, within thirty
30» days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer is instructed to
abate the same, as provided in Section 5209 et, seq, of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January, 1966.
