A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, ACCEPTING
CERTAIN INFORMAL OFFERS OF DEDICATION
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES AND ALL
USES APPURTENANT THERETO. MAINE AVENUE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare
as follows:
1) That certain informal offers of
dedication have heretofore been made by the
owners of certain real property, located in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles. State of California, as are more
particularly described on that certain docu-
ment marked Exhibit A", attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference;
and
2) That said areas are proposed for
use as public streets, together with all
uses appurtenant thereto? and
3) That the acceptance of the said
offers of dedication are required, and are
in the public interest»
SECTION 2. That the said offers of dedication,
relating to the property hereinabove described, be, and
the same hereby are accepted.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify
the adoption of this Resolution, and shall forward a
copy hereof to the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles
for the purpose of recording this Resolution, together with
Exhibit A" hereto.
