Section 2. Pursuant to this Resolution of Intention the City Engineer is instructed to give a proper notice to construct to the owner or owners of the property described herein and shall post a copy of same 8 x 10 inches in size in a conspicuous place upon the property. Section 5. That pursuant to Division 7, Part 5, Chapter 27 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the City Council does hereby order that on the 16th_____ day of February______^ i966 at 8:00 p.m» in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the ordering of the construction of curbs, gutters and sidewalks in front of the following described real property: The east side of Vineland between Merced and CI overside. Section 4.
