A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY CF BALDWIN PAW FINDIMS AND
DETEWINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PAW OOEb RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 5200 et. seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been
initiated to determine v^iether certain premises, and
buildings and structures thereon, constitute a public
nui sance; and
b) That the property, which is the subject of
such proceedings is located at 4256 Center Street,
in said City, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as
North 64 feet of the South 428 feet of Lot 2 and MW^
Of W4, Sec. 8, TIS, FUCW. or See MB 8546 26, 4 and
5; and
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 5203 et. seq. of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, n
their present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing, it was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance, and that the public
interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of sa*'d property, or
others having an Interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the buildings, structures and debris excepting existing
inhabited dwelling from said property, within thirty 50) days
hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer is Instructed to abote
the same, as provided in Section 5208 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code,
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
