A RESOfUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 699 LOCATION:
NORTHWESTERLY OF ST1CHMAN AVENUE, SOUTH-
EASTERLY OF VINELAND AVENUE, NORTHERLY
OF CLOVERS IDE STREET AND SOUTHWESTERLY
OF CLYDEWOOD STREET, IN THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK; APPLICANT AND SUBDtVIDER;
BROOKS AND MILLER ET AL,)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That- the City Council of the City of Bal^vin Park
does hereby find, determine end declare as follows:
a) That the owners of certain real property located in th^
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California^ as is more particularly described on the
Tentative Parcel Map No. 699, have filed such tentative
parcel map pursuant to the provisions of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act; and
b) That this subdivision will create ten 10) lots, utilizing
approximately t,85 acres of land.
c) That Parcels I and 10 as presently constructed is 9 single
lot, and is an existing legal non-con form ing ot, since it
does not conform to the minimum standard for lot width in
the City of Baldwin Park.
dl That no street dedications or improvements is required,
e) That the subdivision is located within a Sewer District
previously installed by the County,
f) That the water supply is supplied by the Baldwin Park County
Water District.
g» That the electric tacit ities within this general area are
supplied by the Southern California Edison Company.
h) That the Southern Counties Gas Company supplies the gas
requirements for this general area.
i) That the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No, PC 66^6,
has recommended approval of the same, upon certain terms
and condit ions.
SECTION 2. That the Tentative Parcel Map No. 699, as described
above, is hereby approved, subject to the following terms and conditions:
a) That the applicant shall submit a grading plan which shall
provide proper drainage facilities, acceptable to the City
Engineer prior to the final approval of the parcel map. The
applicant shall designate on the plan the floor elevation of
each proposed dwelling and the elevation of each tot corner.
b) That the applicant shall remove all encroachments including
but not limited to) utility meters, utility poles, subterranean
utility lines and all other encroachments from all of the sub-
ject property except from those parcels presently improved
with single family dwellings and accessory buildings.
c> That before any building permits will be issued for improvement
of Parcel I each of said parcels shall be made to comply with
the provisions of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to
zoning regulations, by Zone Variance, or otherwise.

SECTION 5, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall cause copies hereof to be sent to the
Secretary of the Planning Cormiisaion and to the subdivides
PASSED and APPROVED this 2nd day of February 1966.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND
DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED
CASE NO. N-9, t5629 LOS ANGELES STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS: /
\ SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City 9^ Baldwin
Park does hereby f i nd, determi ne and dec I are as foilows: /
a) That pursuant to Section $200 et./seq. of the
Baldwin ParK Municipal Code, proceedings hove been
initiated to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures thereon, consti/tute a public
nut sance; and /
h) That t he property, whi ch i^ the subject of
such proceedings is located at 156^ Los Angeles Street,
S^ Id City, County of Los Angela, State of California,
articularly described as
5, in Tract 1^.62^, as per p/ap recorded in Book 68,
$5 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
d County, and
c) Th^t a dul^ noticed pub! ic hear i n<j having
oeen conducted, pursuant to Section 5205 e^- seq* of
the Baldwin Park funicipa! Code, to determine whether
the buildings an^ structures on said property. In
their present st'^te, constitute a public nuisance, and
d) That as 3' result of the evidence presented
at said hearing. It \vas determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance, and that the public
i nterest requlres that' the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or
others having an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the but lyings, structures and ebris from said property,
within thirty 50) days hereof, the Chief. Administrative Officer
is instructed 1?' abate the same, as provided in Section 5208 e^- seq.
of the Baldwin^Park Municipal Code. \
