A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR AMY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COA-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
Fl^D, RESOLVE and ORDER as follows;
Section The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of
work completed on Assessment No. I, dated February 2, 1966, covering
the following described property:
The northwesterly 50,1 feet of rhe southeasterly
174.54 feet of the southwesterly 140 feet 6f the
northeasterly 150 feet of Lot 150, Tract No. 962,
as shown on map recorded in Book 21, pages 74 and 75,
of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles. 14564 Pacific)
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 5, Chapter 27
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the
City Council does hereby order that on the 2nd day of March, 1966,
in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the report of the wrk of the
Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described above.
Section 5. All protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing
of protests and objections.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 2nd day of February, 1966.
