A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPOWING ROBERT C. LARSON TO
THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following named individual is hereby
appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Baldwin Park
for term as hereinafter set forth:
Robert C. Larson, the term to expire on November 8, 1967.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall take effect
immediately,
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall forward copies hereof to the Secretary
of the Board of Zoning Adjustments and to the Appointee.

MAKING FINDINGS AND OVERRULING PRO-
TESTS AND OBJECTIONS AND ORDERING THE
SUPERINTENDENT CF STREETS OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK TO CONSTRUCT CURBS
AW GUTTERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK STAND AW PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS CONFORMING V/ITH
EXISTING CURBS AND GUTTERS CONSTRJC.
TED UPON THEM FACING ON THE EAST
SIDE OF VINELAND AVENUE BETV/EEN
MEWED AND CLOVE RSlDE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7, Part
5, Chapter 27 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
having to do with the construction of gutters and curbs in front of property,
the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park in solution No. 6g-2i made
a finding that more than 50% of the lots factng on the east side of Vineland
Avenue between Merced and Cloverside had completed curbs and gutters in front
of them; and
\WEREAS, the City Council by said solution No- 6^21 directed
the Superintendent of Streets to notify owners or possessors of the lots with-
in this block which did not have curbs, gutters and sidewalks on them to
construct them according to the City of Baldwin Park standard plans and
specifications; and thereupon, the Superintendent of Streets, in compliance
with this resolution mailed and posted said notices which described the wrk
to be done and specified that on the ififh day of February j. 19j5fi,
at QiQQ P^y In the Council Chambers in the City Hall, located at 4403 E.
Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, a hearing would be held by the
Council of the City of Baldwin Park to pass upon objections or protests, if
any, to notices of work to be done by the owners of property involved or other
interested persons; and
WHEREAS, Q protests being made at this hearing held at
the above designated time and place.
N07, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park as follows:
