A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
A FISCAL 5ENT FOR THE PREPARATION OF
CITY PAYROLLS,
THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public Interest^ convenience
and necessity require the desl9natlon of the Bank of A-nerica,
Baldwin Park Branch, as the fiscal agent for the preparation
of payrolls for City employees. Said Bank is hereby designated
as such,and shall perform such services In accordance with that
certain written agreement dated February 7, 1966 between
said City and said Bank. The Director of Finance of City shall
take all steps necessary to provide the required information
to said fiscal agent for the preparation of said payrolls and
shall supervise and be responsible for the same.
SECTION 2. That the City Cterk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward a copy hereof to the
Director of Finance and to the Manager of said Bank.
