TION TO CAUSE THE COWTMXTIW OP CURBS,
GUTTERS AND SIDBUCALKS PURSUANT TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OP SECTION 5870 ET SEQ OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHMATS COOK OP TUB STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITT OF BAUXfXN PARK DORS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park doe* here FIND. DBTERMIW AND QBCLARE as follows:
a) That more than fifty 501) per cent of
the curbs, gutters and sidewalks have been constructed
on the following area:
1) South side of Foster between Baldwin Park
Boulevard and Fra«ier,
b) That It is the Intention of the City Council
to cauae curbs, guttera and sidawalka to be con-
structed, at the sole expense of the owners of
propertica in and along said above described
arew, purusant to Section 5870 et geq of the
Streets and Highways 6>de of the State of
California,
SECTION 2, The Street Superintendent is instructed to
give proper notice to construct said improvementa. above described,
to the owner or owners of the property described herein, as repaired
by said Section 5870 et seq of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 3. That pursuant to Section 5870 et saq of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the City Council
does hereby order that on the 16th day of Ksrch, 1966, at 8:00 P»H.
or as soon thereafter as the latter can be heard, in the Council
Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections
or protests to the ordering of the consttuction of curbs, gutters and
sidewalks in the area above described^
SECTION 4. That all protests nxiat be in writing aod filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of objections
and protests*
SBCTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and forward copies tefof to the Street Superintendent
ADOPTED and PASSED this 16th day of Fe^r^rY
