A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BAlDWtN PARK FINDING AND
DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE WD ORDERING THE SAME ABATED
CASE NO.^N-14, 15415 Valle Vista Avenue)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY CF BALDWIN PAW DOES RESOLVE
A5 FOLLOA/S;
SECTION 1, That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare 99 follows;
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et. seq« of the
8aldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been
Initiated to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and strubtur^s thereof constitute a public
nuisance; and
b) That the property/ whioh s the subject 6f
such proceedings is located at 13415 Valle Vista Avenue
in said City, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as
Lot J" and the East 1/2 of Lot K" in Block 55, of the
Valley View Tract, in the County of Los Angeles, as per
map recorded in Book 12 Page 86 of Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 5203 et. seq» of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, in
their present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing. It was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance, and that the public
interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or
others having an Interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the buildings, structures and debris from said property,
within sixty 60) days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer
is Instructed to abate the same, as provided in Section 3208 et, seq
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
SECTION 3, That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and fonwd copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
PASSED AND PROVED this 16th day of February
