TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PAW DOES RESOLD
AS FOLLOW:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 5300 at. aq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Coda, proceedings have bean
initiated to deteneine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures thereon, constitute a public
nuisance; and
b) That the property, which is the subject of
such proceedings is located at 12841 Waltham Street,
In said City, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as
Lot 267,except the west 25 feet; Lot 266, except the
east 20 feet, of Tract No. 10104, in the County of Los
Angeles, as per map recorded in Book 142 Page 62 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 5205 et> of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, in
their present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as Q result of the evidence presented
at said hearing It was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance, and that the public
interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or
others having an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the buildings, structures and debris from said property.

SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shaN certify to the
