A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TOE CIH OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN RECORDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAIDW3N PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, Upon recommendation of the Director of Finance
and with written approval of the City Attorney the following records, for
the periods of January 2$, 1956 throu^i January 1, I960, are hereby
approved for destruction:
Vendor File Copies of Claias and Demands
Purchase Orders
Daily Cash Journals
Cash Receipts and Duplicate Bank Deposits
Dog License Receipt Records and Surplus Tag3
Business Licenses
Applications for Business Licenses
Applications for Employment
Earnings Records and Attendance Records
Payroll Summaries
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and forward a copy thereof to the Director of Finance,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd. day of March, 1966,
