A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND
OETEWNING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED
Case No. N-25, 15009 and 15017 Fgirgrove Street)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
A5 FOLLOA/S;
SECTION That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows;
a) That pursuant to Section 5200 et, aeq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been
Initiated to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures thereon, constitute a public
nuisance; and
b) That the property, which is the subject of
such proceedlh9s Is located at 15009 and 15017 Fairgrove
Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California
The Southwest 62.5 ft. of Lot 5, 5n Block A" in Tract
11478, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per mop recorded in Book 205, pg. 48 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 3205 et. seq. of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, in
their present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing. It was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance, and that the public
interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That If the owners of said property, or
others having an Interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the buildings, structures and debris from said property,
within sixty 60) days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer
is Instructed to abate the same, as provided in Section 5208 et, seq
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
