A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CtTY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND
DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDER* N6 THE SAME ABATED
Case No. N-25, 4924 Stewart Avenue)
THE CtTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the City Council Of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows;
a) That pursuant t6 Section 3200 et. aeq» of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been
Initiated to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structure^ thereon, constitute a public
nuisance; and
ib) That the property) wrfiich la the subject df
such proceeding^ Is lodated at 4924 Stewart Avenue,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California as per
The East 200 ft. of the West 230 ft. of the North 94 ft.
of a portion of the North 2 of the South i of the North-
west of the Southwest i, of Section 7, Township I
South/ Range 10 West of the Northeast i
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 5205 et. seq. of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, in
their present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing. It was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance, and that the public
interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2, That If the owners of said property, or
others having an Interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the buildings, structures and debris from said property,
within sixty 60) days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer
is Instructed to abate the same, as provided In Section 3208 et, seq
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
