RESOLUTION NO. 66-70 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB- JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER- INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM- PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 5, CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH- WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE and ORDER as follows: Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work com- pleted on Assessment No. 2_____, dated March 16_______^ 19 66 covering the following described property: That portion of Lot 105, Tract 962, as shown on map recorded in Book 21, pages 74 and 75 of Maps/ in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California/ described as follows: Beginning at a point S 86deg. 33' E 17 ft. from NW cor. of Lot 105; thence S 86 deg. 33' E 90.48 ft.; thence S 4 deg. 501 W to a line parallel with and dist. S at right angles 100 ft. from N line of said lot; thence W on said parallel line to E line of Puente Ave.; thence N thereon to a point S 4 deg. 50r W 17 ft. from said NW corner; thence N to point of beginning. 15102 Badillo St.) Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order that on the 20th day of April_________„ 19 66 in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and at I objections or protests to the report of the work of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property described above.
