A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND
DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED
4647 BRESEE AVENUE; CASE NO. N-19)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code^ proceedings have been
initiated to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures thereon, constitute a public
nu isance? and
b) That the property, which is he subject of
such proceedings is located at 4647 Bresee Avenue, in
said City, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described ass
The property located at 4647 Bresee Avenue, City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
Map Book 9557/25, Par. 27, Tract No, 4624 north 66 ft. of
Lot 152.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been
conducted, pursuant to Section 5205 et seq of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, to determine whether the buildings and
structures on said property. In their present state, con-
stitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said
hearing, it was determined that the same does constitute a
public nuisance, and that the public interest requires that
the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That If the wwa of said property, or others
having an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by removing the
buildings, structures and debris from said property, within thirty 50)
days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer is instructed to abate
the same, as provided in Section 5206 et seq of the Baldwin Park
Mun icipat Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed by the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
