A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR
OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE CHIEF
ADM1N(STRATIVE OFFICER ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER SECTION 5200 FT SEQ OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
THf CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES H^REF^
FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Chief Administrative Officer filed a re-
port of work, as required by Section 5200 of seq of the- Baldwin Park Munic-
pat Code, completed on Nuisance- Case No. N"4 dated Apr it 6, 1966,
cover ing the to I lowing descr ibed property:
Located at 5154 Athot Street, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
part icuIarIy descr ibed as: Southwest 50 feet of Lot
16, Tract N590, as per map recorded In Book 204. Page
41 of Maps on f^e in the office of the County Recorder
of said County Block B».
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5209 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code the City Council does hereby order that on the 4th___
day of May____, 19 66 at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in the Council
Chambers, the City Council wN I hear and pass upon any and all objections
or protests to the report of the work of the Chief Administrative
Officer end the amount of the assessment assigned against the real
property described above.
SECTION 5, That all protests or objections must be in
writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for
hearing of protests and objections.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
