P RE50LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR
A HSAR'L'^G TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et. soq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Chief Administrative
Officer has heretofore conducted an investigation and has
reconmended that the City Council conduct a public hear-
ing to determine w^ietner certain premises, and buildings
and structures located thereon, constitute public nuisances
within the meaning of Section 3200 et. seq. of the Bald-
win Park Municipal Code.
b) That Lhe prerises to which said report
relates are described as follows;
1. The property located at 1J255 Emery
Avenue, City of Bdld^in PcTk, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, IB 8551-1-14, Tract 11045,
SE 200' measured on NE line of Lot 12. N-27).
2. The property located at 3144 Frazicr
Street, City of Palawan Prrk, County of Los Angeles,
State' of California, N3 3551-16-2, NE 42' of SW 313'
of NW 2C31 of Lot 42, TR 713, MB 17-17 N-29).
3. The property located at 3139 Marlinda
venuo, City of Baldwin Pa.-k, County of Los Angeles,
State of Cc-liforniCL, W 8550-20-25, NE 6?* of
Lot 14, Bik TR 10953, MB 193-44-45. N-30).
4- The property located at 12732 Torch
Street, City of B'Ud-win P£.rk, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, MB 8550.21-12, Lot 11, Bik B,
TR 10953, MB 193-44-45. N-31).
c) That the s?id City Council has accepted the
recoir^erdatlou of the Chief Administrative Officer, and
does hereby decjare its intent to conduct a public
hearing to deterrjne whether the said premises, above
described, constitute public nuisances, within the
meaning of Section 3200 et. seq< of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That May,4, 1966 at the hour of 8:00 p.m.
or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chamber in
the City Hall at 14403 East Pacific Avenue Baldwin Park, is here-
by designated as the time and place for the piblic hearings to
determine whether the premises herein descnoed constitute public
nuisances within the meaning of said Section 3200 et. seq- of the
Baldwin Park Itoiicipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the Chief Administrative Officer is
hereby instructed t-) give notice of the public hearins to be con-
ducted with regard to the premises, hereinabove described, as set
forth in Section 3200 et seq. of said Baldwin Park Municipal Code.

SECTION U. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause a copy hereof to be for-
warded to the Chief Administrative Officer.
