A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COl^NCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING
AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPEN-
DITURES Ot* FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FOND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed
by the City and the State of California on May 12, 1961.
for expenditure of funds allocated from the State Highway
fund to cities; and,
MHERSAS, the City Council has prepared a
project statement showing estimated expenditures of such
funds recoaunended to be made during the 1966-67 fiscal yearr
and,
WHEREAS^ the City Council has heard read said
project statement and is familiar with the contents thereof?
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Baldwin Park that said project statement be
and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed project
expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, said
project statement be and the same is hereby approved and
the City Engineer is directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City, and said project statement to be submitted to
the Department of Public Wtorks, State of California, in
accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets
and Highways Code*
1966.
