A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OP THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING
AND SUBMITTING A ACCUMULATION BUDGET
FOR EXPENDITURES OP SECTION 186.1
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, Section 186.6 of the Streets and Highways
Code provides for the accumulation of 186.1 funds in excess
of two years; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a petition
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to
be made during the 1966-67 fiscal year? and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said
petition and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Baldwin Park that said petition be and it is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the
gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City,and said petition
to be submitted to tfce Department of Public Works, State of
California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 186.6
of the Streets and Highways Code*
APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 6th day of April,
1966.
