A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 702,
LOCATED SOUTHWESTERLY OF CLOVERS IDE
STREET BETWEEN STICHMAN AVENUE AND
VINELAND AVENUE, THE ADDRESS BEING
5480, 5482, 5500 AND 5512 VINELAND
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK.
APPLICANT AND SUBDIVIDER, BROOKS
AND MILLER/ ET AL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That the owners of certain real property located in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as Is more particularly described on the
Tentative Parcel Map No. 702, have filed such tentative
parcel map pursuant to the provisions of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act; and
b) That this subdivision will create eight 8) lots, utilizing
approximately 1.64 acres of land.
c) That all street dedications and improvements are in and paid
for in front of the subject property along Stichman Avenue
and Vineland Avenue.
d) That the subdivision is located within a Sewer District
previously installed by the County.
e) That the water supply is supplied by the Baldwin Park County
Water District.
f) That the electric facilities within this general area are
supplied by the Southern California Edison Company.
g) That the Southern Counties Gas Company supplies the gas
requirements for this general area.
h) That all lots are designed to conform to the minimum standards
for lot width and lot area of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That the Tentative Parcel Map No. 702, as described above,
is hereby recommended for approval^ subject to the following terms and
condit ions:
a) That the applicant shall submit a grading plan which hdl I
provide proper drainage facilities, acceptable to the City
Engineer prior to the final approval of the parcsl t^p. The
applicant shall designate on the plan the floor eleven ion of
each proposed dwelling and the elevation of each lot corner,
b) That the applicant shall remove the structures as shown on the
said Parcel Map/ and all encroachments including but not limited
to) utility meters, utility poles, subterranean utility lines
and at I other encroachments from a)I of the subject property
except from those parcels presently improved with single family
dwellings and accessory buildings. In accordance with said
Parcel Map.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and forward a copy hereof to the applicant and to the Secretary
of the Planning Commission.
