A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS IN-
TENTION TO CAUSE THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CURB AND GUTTER PURSUANT TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 5870 ET SEQ OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS;
SECTION I, That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does here FIND, DETERMINE and DECLARE as follows;
a) That more than fifty 50^) per cent of
curb and gutter have been constructed on the
following area;
I) Southerly side of Depot Avenue between
Jeremie Avenue and Chevalier Avenue.
b) That it is the intention of the City Council
to cause curb and gutter to be constructed, at
the sole expense of the owners of properties in
and along said above described area, pursuant to
Section 5870 t seq of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
SECTION 2. The Street Superintendent is instructed to give
proper notice to construct said improvements, above described, to
the owner or owners of the property described herein, as required
by said Section 5870 et seq of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That pursuant to Section 5870 et seq of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California, the City Council does
hereby order that on the 18th day of May, 1966, at 8i00 P.M. or as
soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chambers,
the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections or
protests to the ordering of the construction of curb and gutter n
the area above described.
SECTION U^ That all protests must be in writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
objections and protests.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and forward copies hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 20th day of April, 1966.

that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Superintendent
of Streets for the City of Baldwin Park, and that pursuant to
Resolution No, 66-94____ of the Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, State of California, he on the 28th day of April
19 66 mailed or caused to be mailed copies of the Notice to
Construct to the property owners which notices involved are
annexed hereto and made a part hereof.

that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Superintendent
of Streets for the City of Baldwin Park, and that pursuant to
Resolution No. 66-94 of the Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, State of California, he on the 27th day of April

a conspicuous place on each parcel of property in which construction
