A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
TtME AND PLACE FOR A HEARING TO
DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC
NUISANCE

SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Baldwir/Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows: /
That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq o/ the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Chief Administrative Officer
has heretofore conducted an investigation and has
recommended that the City Council conduct a public
hearing to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures located/thereon, constitutes
a public nuisance, within the meaning of Section 5200
Set seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
b) TrW the premises to which said report relates is des-
cr rbed as follows: /
The property located/at 15125 Nubia Street, City
of\BaIdwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, that let measuring 54' x 155' as shown
in tne Los Angeles County Assessors Map Book 8415
page\l, parcels/17 and 18. N-52>.
c) That the sa^ri Cit/Council has accepted the recommendations
of the Chief wdmmistrat ive Officer, and does hereby declare
its intent to>c®nduct a public hearing to determine whether
the seid premises, above described, constitutes a public
nuisance witynThe meaning of Section 5200 et seq of the
Baldwin Par w Municipal Code,
SECTION 2. That M/y 8/ IS66 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. or as
soon thereafter as can/oe heard, a\ the Council Chamber in the City
Hall at 14405 East Pa/ific Avenue, Baldwin Park, is hereby designated
as the time and place for the public\hearing to determine whether the
premises herein described constitutes^ public nuisance within *-he mean-
ing of said Sectioft 5200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 5./That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby
instructed to give notice of the public hearing to be conducted with
regard to the/premises, hereinabove described, as set forth in Section
5200 et seq Sf said Baldwin Park Municipal C^de.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause a copy hereof to b\ forwarded to the
Chief Administrative Officer. \
