A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 66-105 RELATING TO
THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5 of Resolution No. 66-105,
relating to the General Municipal Election, Is hereby amended,
in order to correct certain clerical errors, to read as follows:
SECTION 5. That the whole number of votes cast
in said City except absent voter ballots was 5*69-
That the whole number of absent voter baf lots
cast in said City was 12, making a total of 5181
votes cast in said City."
SECTION 2. That Exhibit A attached to said
Resolution is hereby amended to reflect a write in vote for
Fano Foscano cast in Precinct Number 7 as shown on said
Exhibit A, reflecting a total of 551 votes cast in said
Precinct Number 7; and 6)25 votes constituting total votes
cast.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution.
