A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED TO SIGN WARRANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLD AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION t. Thai- Section t of Resolution No. 65-75
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section I, That the authorized signatures
to withdraw money frcm said accounts sha) t be as
foilows:
Joseph McCaron, Mayor, or
Charles E. Morehead, Mayor Pro Tern
and
Eva Elder Pugh, City Treasurer, or
Betty J. Codling, Deputy City Treasurer,
and
Clifford A. Nordby, Chief Administrative Officer, or
Thelma S. Duncan, Finance Director, or
Thelma L. Balkus, City Clerk
and said authorized persons shall cause their signatures
to be affixed to the customary signature card of said
bank."
SECTION 2. That all resolutions inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed and rescinded.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and forward copies hereof, to the
City's depos ilories.
