A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OP BALEWIN PARK ALLOWING CIA1M3 AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALIXTN PARK
NW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the
Government Code the Finance Director, or his designated repre-
sentative hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands,
and to the availability of funds for payments thereof,

SECTION 2. That the payroll Warrant Numbers 3^h
through 3662 f inclusive, constituting the payroll of the
City of Baldwin Park for the period from J^-12-^66 through
U-12-66 have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of % 1^6l»00 Precinct Officers for Election 1^12-66
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers through
inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council
as required by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and
approved in the amount of $
