A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CONFIRMING
THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER'S
REPORT REGARDING CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS. PUBLIC NUISANCE CASE
NO. N"^
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RE-
SOLVE AS FOLLOWS»
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, as a result of a duly
noticed public hearing. It was determined that certain
premises, hereinafter described, constituted a public
nuisance; and
b) That subsequent to the hearing on said matter,
the City Council did order the same abated, in the
manner set forth In Council Resolution No. 66-73_ and
c) That the owner of the said premises failed to
abate the said nuisance within the time permitted by
said Resolution, and pursuant to said Council order the
Chief Administrative Officer caused the same to be
abated; and
d) That a duly noticed public hearing was held
upon the report of the Chief Administrative Officer with
reference to the cost of such abatement, said report
having been previously filed with said Council; and
e) That no protests or objection^ to sfttd
report were received} and
f) That the report of the cost of the abatement
work accomplished by the Chief Administrative Officer,
and a description of the property subject to assessment
therefor, is as Is set forth on Exhibit A" attached
hereto and Incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. That the report of the Chief Administrative
Officer, attached hereto as Exhibit A", Is hereby accepted and
confirmed. That the costs of the said work, as shown on said
Exhibit A" shall be assessed against the property as thereon
described, in the amount as set forth In said report, including
interest, as herein set forth,
SECTION 5" That If such assessment is not paid to the
Treasurer of the City of Baldwin Park within thirty 50) days
from the adoption of this Resolution, t shall constitute a
special assessment against said property, described on Exhibit
A", for the amount stated thereon, together with Interest on
said sum, at the rate of J% per annum until paid in full, which
lien shall continue, and be In full force and effect, until the
assessment, and all Interest due thereon, is paid In full.
SECTION U* That If the said assessment is not paid
within the time set forth above, the City Clerk shall file
certified copies hereof with the Tax Assessor and Tax Collector
for the City, each of whom shall assess and collect the same,
In the manner provided In Sections 58775 a"^ 58775-5 of the
Government Code of the State of California*

SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution. Said Clerk shall forward for
recordation, a certified copy hereof to the Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles; a certified copy hereof shall be forwarded
to the owner of the property described, by United States moll
postage prepaid*

OFFICER OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 66-7. N-4)
PURSUANT to Resolution No. 66-7 the following
described improvements have been completed: N-4)
Reiroval of buildings, structures, trees, vegetation
and materials incidental thereto.
THE DESCRIPTION of the real property in front of
which these improvements have been constructed are as follows
Located at 3154 Athol Street, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los ngeles,
State of California, more particularly
described as: Southwest 50 feet of Lot l6,
Tract 11390, as per map recorded in Book 204
page 41, of Maps on file in the office of
the County Recorder of said County Block B).

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, Section 3210., t did, on the______day of________/
19___, cause the removal of buildings, structures, trees, vegetation
and materials incidental thereto, and the legislative body of said
city did, on the th day of 19 66 by
Resolution No. 66**! 11 assess the cost of such removal upon the
real property hereinafter described, and the same has not been paid
nor any part thereof, and the said city, does hereby claim a lien
on said real property in the sum of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS_________
AND NO CENTS_______________($ W°"00___________), and the
same shall be a lien upon said real property until the said sum, with
interest at the rate of seven percent per annum, from the said
