A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER ON WORK COMPLETED UNDER SECTION
5200 ET SEQ OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
FIND. RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWSi
SECTION 1. The Chief Administrative Officer filed a re*
port of work, as required by Section $200 et seq of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, completed on Nuisance Case No, N-2 dated
May h» 966» covering the following described property:
Located at U860 Eiton Street. City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described as Lots 29 and 5°> Tract
7701 as per map recorded in Book 88. Page 61 on file
in the office of the County Recorder of eald County.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5209 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code the City Council does hereby order that on the
1st day of June, 1966, at the hour of 8s00 P.M., In the Council
Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all ob-
jections or protests to the report of the work of the Chief
Administrative Officer and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described above.
SECTION 5. That all protests or objections must be in
writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set
for hearing of protests and objections.
SECTION 1+. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded
as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED this i^th day of May, 1966.
