A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PAW APPROVING
A VARIANCE. APPLtCANTi S, MOORE,
CASE NO. ZV-152)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS!
SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find and determine as followst
a) That on April l5» t966» the Board of Zoning
Adjustments held a duly noticed public hearing on
the application for a Variance to permit the con-
struction and use of a patto room addition which
wit I encroach five 5) feet into the required
rear yard setback, In the R-»l single family resi-
dential) Zone.
b) That the property to which said Variance
relates Is located at 5879 Big Da I ton Avenue, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described
as:
Lot 5» Tract 16558 as recorded In Map Book
Ull» Pages 15 and t6, Los Angeles County
Recorders Offlce» State of California.
c) That an appeal was duly filed, and the Council
conducted a duly noticed public hearing on said
matters and
d) That the facts required by Section 9^71 o^ the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code are present.
SECTION 2. That the Variance for the construction end
use of a patio room addition^ as described above. Is hereby
aW^Oved. subject to the following condltlonsi
a) That the applicant shall comply with all
building codes of the City of Baldwin Park relative
to the said construction.
b) That construction shall be as shown on the
plot plan, except that said patio area shall be
reduced so as to observe the required side yard
areas; and
c) That the Variance shall become null and void if
the use permitted thereunder Is not exercised with-
in six 6) months after the date such Variance Is
granted.
d) That the applicant shall sign an affidavit
that he has read and understands all conditions
of approval for the Zone Variance before a
building permit will be Issued.
SECTION 5* The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and forward a copy hereof to the applicant end
to the Secretary of the Board of Zoning Adjustments.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this l^th day of May, 1966.
