A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL
OP THE CtTY OF BALDWIN PARK
DEWING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP FOR
TRACT NO. 25593. APPLICANTi A. H.
NtCHOLS. SUBDIVIDERt AREO HOMES,
INC.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RE-
SOLVE AS FOLLOWS»
SECTION 1, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as followsi
a) That the owners of certain real property
located In the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California^ as shown on
Tentative Tract Map for Tract No. 25555> v®
requested approval of said mapi and
b) That the Tentative Tract Map was considered
on December 22, 19&5, by the Planning Commission
and at the applicants request the matter was
tabled until further notice by the applicant? and
c) That on the 27th day of April, 1966, the
Planning Commission reconsidered the same at a
duty noticed public hearing and heard testimony
In connection with said maps and
d) That approval of the said mop as proposed
would not be consistent with the General Plan;
and
e) That the approval of the map as proposed
would not be consistent with the existing street
pattern, nor would the same be satisfactory to
properly service the lots as proposed; and
f) That If the roap were to be approved, the
future development by subdivision of the property
to the northeast would be virtually impossible
In terms of the street pattern and the hardship
It would create on the said property.
SECTION 2. That the above described Tentative Tract
Map be, and the same hereby Is, DENIED, for the reasons as
above described.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk ih«lt certify to thft
adoption of this resolution and shall forward copies hereof to
the Secretary of the Planning Commission and to the applicant,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this Uth day of May, 1966.
