RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OP BALDWIN PARK APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP
N0, 29239
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve aa follower
SECTION I. The City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park doe« hereby find, determine and declare as
follows;
a. Tentative Tract Map, Tract No, 29239, has
heretofore been approved by the City of
Baldwin park Resolution No* 66*28; upon
certain terms and conditions as therein
contained; and
b, Tht the subdivider has agreed to all of
Mid terms and conditions 7 and the City
Engineer has certified that all plans and
Specifications as required by said Resolution
have been approved by him,
SECTION 2* That the City Engineer has determined
that a performance bond of $125,000.00 is required to insure
construction of all necessary improvements as set forth in
Resolution No. 6-28,
SECTION 3. That all areas offered for dedication
on said tract map we hereby accepted; that the said final
tract map as submitted is hereby approved.
SECTION 4. The Mayor and City Cleric are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a subdivision agreement
on behalf of the City with Vhe eubdivider relating to sftid
tract.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certi^ to
the adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof
to the Secretary of the Planning Commmssion, subdivider
and Real Estate Commission.
