A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE
and ORDER as follows:
Section I. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work com-
pleted on Assessment No. 65*S*^ dated May 18______„ 19^____,
covering the following described property;
PARCEL NO, i-i. The northeast 68 feet of the southwest 1^0 feet of the
northwest 153 feet of Lot l^B of El Monte Walnut Place, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 6, page lOti. of Maps, in the office of the recorder of
said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 5, Chapter 27 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order
that on the 5th day of une_______, 19 66 p in the Council
Chambers^ the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections or
protests to the report of the work of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount
of the assessment assigned against the real property described above.
Section 5. All protests or objections must be in writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and ob-
ject ions,

PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-12 the following
described improvements have been completed:

THE DESCRIPTION OF the real property in front of which
this improvement has been constructed is as follows:
