A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7. PART 5,
CHAPTER 27, OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
FIND, RESOLVE end ORDER as follows:
Section L The Superintendent of Streets filed a report
of work completed on Assessment No. 65-S-5, dated May 18, 1966,
covering the following described property;
PARCEL NO. I That portion of Lot 118 of Tract No, 962,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles.
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 21,
pages 7h and 75 of Maps, in the office of the recorder
of said County described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 118;
thence South 1+1 deg. 5^» West 88 feet; thence South
UQ deg. 051 East to a point distance 159.57 feet
northwesterly from the northwesterly line of the land
described in the O.R. 58505-155 to the Los Angeles
County Flood Control District; thence northeasterly
thereon 88 feet; thence North U6 deg. 05» West to the
point of beginning.
PARCEL NO. 2 That portion of Lot 105 of Tract No, 962,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 21,
pages 7^. and 75 of Maps, in the office of the recorder
of said County described as follows;
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 105;
thence North 1+1 deg. 52+» East 88 feet; thence South
Ift deg. 05' East to the northwesterly line of the land
described in O.R. 58505-155 to the Los Angeles County
Flood Control District; thence southwesterly thereon to
the southwesterly line of said Lot 105; thence north-
westerly to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 5, Chapter 27
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the
City Council does hereby order that on the 15th day of June, 1966,
in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass
upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the work
of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assess-
ment assigned against the real property described above.
Section 5< All protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing
of protests and objections.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 8th day of May 1966,

PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-11 the following
described improvements have been completed:
