A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7. PART 3,
CHAPTER 27, OF TOE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
FIND. RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report
of work completed on Assessment No. 66-S-l, dated May 18, 1966,
covering the following described property;
PARCEL NO. 1 The southwesterly 50 feet of the north-
easterly 180 feet of the northwesterly 348.50 feet of
Lot 54 of El Monte Walnut Place, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 6, page 104 of Maps, recorded in
the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 2 The southwesterly 50 feet of the north-
easterly 180 feet of the northwesterly 348.50 feet
of Lot 54 of El Monte Walnut Place, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 6, page 104 of Maps, re"
corded in the office of the recorder of said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the
City Council does hereby order that on the 15th day of June, 1966,
in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass
upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the
work of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the
assessment assigned against the real property described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for
hearing of protests and objections.

OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO RESOIUTION
NUMBER 66-37A
PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-37A the following
described improvements have been completed:

THE DESCRIPTION OF the real property in front of which
this improvement has been constructed is as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1 The southwesterly 50 feet of the north-
easterly 180 feet of the northwesterly 348.50 feet of
Lot 54 of El Monte Walnut Place, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Loe Angeles, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 6, page 104 of Maps, recorded in
the office of the recorder of said County.
