A RESOLUTION OF THE C*TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SDTiNG A Ti'ME AND PLACE FOR
A HEADING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS t
SECTION I, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows;
a) That pursuant to Section 5200 et. seq. of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Chief Adminis-
trative Officer has heretofore conducted an investigation
end has recommended that the City Council conduct a public
hearing to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures located thereon, constitute
public nuisances within the meaning of Section 5200
et< seq, of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
b) That the premises to which said report
relates is described as follows:
I. The property located at 12732
Chelsfield Street, City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California.
more particularly described as Lot 69 and
the westerly twenty-five 5) feet of Lot
166, Tract lOIQU, as recorded In M.B. ll*2,
Pages 62-64. office of the County Recorder
of said county. N-5U)
c) That the said City Council has accepted the
recommendation of the Chief Administrative Officer,
and does hereby declare its Intent to conduct a public
hearing to determine whether the said premises, above
described, constitutes a public nuisance, within the
meaning of Section 5200 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
SECTION 2, That July 6, 1966, at the hour of 6:00 P.M.
or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chamber in
the City Hall at ll^C.5 E, Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park. s hereby
designated as the time and place for the public hearing to
determine whether the premises herein described constitutes a
public nuisance within the meaning of said Section 5200 et. seq,
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 5. That the Chief Administrative Officer s
hereby instructed to give notice of public hearing to be conducted
with regard to the premises, herelnabove described, as set forth
In Section 5200 et. seq. of said Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION I+. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded
to the Chief Administrative Officer,
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of June, 1966,
