A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPT!. Q AND SUBMITTING A
BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS ALLOCATED PROM
THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City and the State of California on May 12. 1961, for expenditure
of funds allocated from the State Highway fund to cities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project state-
ment showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to
be made during the 1966-67 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard reed said project
statement and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park that said project statement be and It is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas
tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is directed to sign the
same on behaif of said City, and said project statement to be
submitted to toe Department of Public Works, State of California,
in accordance w^th the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets
and Highways Co<je.
APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 1st day of June, 1966.
