A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR ANY
PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE
CHfEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER ON WORK COMPLETED
UNDER SECTION 5200 ET SE<? OF THE MUNICIPAL

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBT FIND,
RESOLVE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Chief Administrative Officer filed a report
of work^ as required by Section 5200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal

SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5209 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code the Ctty Council does hereby order that on the 20th day

the CTty CouncI I will hear and pass upon any and all objections or
protests to the report of the work of the Chief Administrative Officer and
the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property
described above.
SECTION 5- That all protests or objections must be n writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
SECTION U. That the City Clerk shall
