A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND
PIACE FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER
CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES CONSTI-
TUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES. N-35, N-36, N-37,
N-38, N-39)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Cod®, the Chief Administrative Officer
has heretofore conducted an Investigation and has recommended
that the City Council conduct a public hearing to determine
whether certain premises, and buildings, and structures
located thereon, constitute public nuisances within the mean-
ing of Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
b) That the premises to which said report relates are
described as follows:
1. That property located at 1331^"13320 Dalewood
Street, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as: That portion of Lot J^3 of
Tract 718 as per map book 7, page 17, in the
office of the county recorder of said county,
as follows; Beginning at a point N 50° 231
30" W. 350 ft, from the most S'ly corner of said
Lot 3; Thence N. 50° 231 30" W. 91 ft; Thence
N. 39° 06» 30" E. 375.76 ft. to a non-tangent
curve, concave to the South, having a radius of
1632 and a length of 107.33 ft; Thence E'ly
along said curve to a line which Is parallel
with the S» E1ly line of said Lot U^s Thence
along South parallel line S. 39' 06t 30" W.
to the point of beginning. N-35).
2. That property located at 1^220 Center Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described
as: 0,25 acres on the E1 ly line of Center Street
50 ft. wide, beginning 25t from the N'ly line of
Palm Ave. J^O' wide; thence N'ly on said E^y line
66» with a uniform depth of 155' In the E» ly
part of Lot 2, Sec, 18, Township I, S,, Range
IOW< S.B. meridian N-36).
3. That property located at 1^012 Ramona Blvd.,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los AngeJes.
State of California, more particularly described
as; The S» ly 130^ of Lot 3, Tract 6l6j^, MB 64,
page 93* as recorded in the county recorders
office of said county N-37).

c) That the said City CouncTI has accepted the
recommendation of the Chief Administrative Officer, and does
hereby declare Its intent to conduct a public hearing to
determine whether the said premises above described, constitute
public nuisances within the meaning of Section 5200 et seq of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code*
SECTION 2. That on July 20, 1966, at the hour of 8»00 P. M..
or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chamber in the City
Half at 114+05 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, is hereby designated as
the time and place for the public hearing to determine whether the
premises herein described constitute public nuisances within the meaning
of said Section 5200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 5. That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby'
Instructed to give notice of public hearing to be conducted with regard
to the premises, hereinabove described, as set forth in Section 5200,
et seq of said Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION U- That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thts Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the Chief
Administrative Officer,
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15+h day of June. 1966.
